HEITMANN Rapid Limescale Remover – For fast and safe descaling
Limescale impairs the performance of appliances: heating elements consume more energy, pipes become clogged, and extreme limescale buildup can even destroy components – a phenomenon known as “limescale corrosion.”
All this can be easily prevented by regular descaling. With HEITMANN Rapid Limescale Remover, you can safely and powerfully remove limescale from all coffee machines (e.g., pad, capsule, espresso machines, and fully automatic machines) as well as kettles, egg cookers, and hot water appliances.

HEITMANN Rapid Limescale Remover, with its patented formula, is based exclusively on natural fruit acids such as citric acid, malic acid, and tartaric acid and is completely biodegradable.

ATTENTION: Contains CITRIC ACID. Causes serious eye irritation. May cause respiratory irritation. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children. Do not breathe dust. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Use only outdoors or in well-ventilated areas. Wear eye protection/face protection.
IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If you feel unwell, call a poison center/doctor/manufacturer. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention. Keep locked up. Dispose of contents/container to an approved disposal facility or municipal collection point.
1. Prepare the solution:
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in half a liter of water. For extreme limescale, two sachets can be used.
2. Pour the solution into the appliance:
Pour the prepared solution into the water tank of the appliance.
3. Switch on the appliance:
Switch on the appliance and allow the solution to run through or heat up in the appliance.
4. After descaling:
Rinse the appliance thoroughly with two full tanks of water.
